The point being…that marriage before children should be encouraged and uplifted more than it is in today’s culture.

Fact.

Most divorces are caused by financial concerns - also a fact. Reported incidence of money fights, in fact, correlate almost exactly with divorce rates. So in terms of assigning morality or causality, once again: it sure is awesome to be rich. Thanks for the ten billionth primer on that reality, Heritage.
What else does being rich improve other than health outcomes, marriages, child welfare, lifespan, educational opportunity, and absolutely everything?

CORRELATION DOES NOT EQUAL CAUSATION.

Two incomes are more likely to mean more money than one income?  Fuck, Heritage Foundation, you guys are a bunch of goddamned geniuses over there, aren’t you.

It is crazy how promoting the positive benefits of marriage seems to get demonized. I’m glad I had loving parents who commuted to marriage before having a family.

Sometimes it’s a simple as just saying that!

Of course it’s obvious, that’s the beauty of it! Two incomes (or one income and no need for daycare) do keep the kids fed better. How does that make the value of the truth any less? You negative people sound like idiots.
